Meta Liquids
Meta Bond is a Latex Additive specially formulated for Cementitious Tile adhesive and grouts to Improve bond strength, Flexibility and make it more water resistant. It is advised to replace total water content in your mix with this additive.
Meta Primer is a Latex Primer Additive specially formulated to Improve bond on dense, impermeable, flat smooth surfaces. It also acts as a water barrier.
META BOND
APPLICATION:
This product is suitable for Gypsum and Cement plasters. Permanently wet areas like shower and pools, High traffic areas that is exposed like Hospitals, Change Houses, Restaurants, Kitchens, Abattoir, Butchery, Gym and areas with High or low temperature changes like Cold rooms.
MIXING:
Replace the water content suggested on the adhesive or grout instructions with Meta Bond. Always make use of mechanical mixers and tools to mix Meta Bond with Adhesive or grout. This is to ensure that this product and your Cementitious product particles are all exposed and gets in contact with each other to react the way it is designed for and to properly cure. Always add the powder to the liquid to get Proper mixing without lumps.
PRECAUTIONS:
All cementitious products should be used when the temperatures are between 5°C- 35°C for the hydration proses to take course. Do not dilute this product as you would compromise the quality.
CLEANING:
Remove spillage when it is still wet with a damp sponge.
SAFETY:
Always use Rubber Gloves, safety glasses. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Use with warm soap water to clean it of the skin. Should it get in contact with your eyes rinse with plenty of water remove contact lenses if present and seek medical attention if needed.
STORAGE:
Keep this product sealed tight and away from direct sunlight in a cool area below 30°C.Shelf life is up to 12 Months from Manufacturing.

META PRIMER
APPLICATION:
This product is suitable for Gypsum and Cement plasters. Clear the surface from loose particles, Scaling or flakiness. Brush or rinse surface if necessary. Apply mix with a Broom or Block brush covering the total surface and allow to dry before screed or Tile adhesive is applied. Painted and Skim-coats must be chipped exposing 80% min of underlying substrate. Waterproofing and Bitumen must be completely stripped. All substrates moisture contents must be less than 5% it must be sound and totally free from surface contaminations like Oil, Grease, Dust, wax, Bitumen, Sealing, Release agents etc. Surface must be clean and dry. On a Surface that is very porous apply a neat coat Meta Primer with a roller to prime it Proper then apply the Slurry mix.

Meta Primer Slurry Mix = (Mix 1 Part Meta Primer + 2 Parts Meta Base) Volume. Always make use of mechanical mixers and tools to mix Meta Primer with Adhesive or grout.
